My son love these for breakfast, it’s loaded with chocolate cream, sooooo delicious and healthy, its tastes like a dessert, but it’s really filling and slow-release energy, a great way to start the day. You can do it the night before, cover it with clean film and enjoy it in the morning.
Give it a try!!!!
